# PlanDepa

> PlanDepa is an AI implementation and operational systems consultancy for construction companies in Brisbane, Newcastle and across Australia. We design, build and support the CRM, quoting, handover, reporting and admin automation that lets builders and trade contractors take on more work without adding office headcount. Construction is all we do.

- Clarity Day ($1,990 + GST, recommended): one-day in-person review in Brisbane or Newcastle. Includes owner and team conversations, live workflow mapping, systems and information-flow review, Owner Bottleneck Map, priority board, first-workflow implementation outline, 30-day plan, 90-minute decision session, 14-day clarification window.
- Clarity Intensive ($4,990 + GST): up to two in-person days, Australia-wide, travel included. Includes deeper department or location review, work/sample data review, handoff and owner-dependence analysis, SOP and source-of-truth review, implementation economics, 90-day roadmap, leadership alignment session, implementation scope, 30-day post-review check-in.
- Fee credit: if the client chooses PlanDepa to implement the agreed first workflow within 30 days of the Blueprint readout, the full Blueprint fee is credited against that approved implementation scope.
- Delivery guarantee: if the client provides the agreed information, access and decision-maker time and PlanDepa does not deliver the named Blueprint outputs by the agreed date, PlanDepa continues the review at no additional professional fee until delivered, or refunds the fee.
- Best fit: construction business owners with 10-50 staff, running four or more disconnected tools, who are still the bottleneck in their own business. Not a fit for businesses under 10 staff.
